Smart spiroergometry
Performance diagnostics is a component of professional training control. It is an important component in individual training planning for patients as well as for top athletes.
Performance diagnostics is a component of professional training control. It is an important component in individual training planning for patients as well as for top athletes.
The performance diagnostics is a spiroergometric step test on a bicycle ergometer, which determines the individual endurance capacity. During the test the load is increased stepwise. At the same time, the performance, heart rate, oxygen intake, carbon dioxide emission and other respiratory parameters are continuously determined and recorded with the help of respiratory gas analysis (spiroergometry). The measurement results of the individual load levels and the calculated individual training ranges are presented in an easily understandable way.

The measurement results in detail:
Fit-Level
The fitness level describes the fitness and health status of the heart. It can take values from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest fitness level.
Power in watts
The wattage represents the ratio of the maximum power produced to the calculated target wattage. The target wattage describes how many watts an average person with the same body data should achieve.
VO2max
The maximum oxygen intake is the most important criterion for endurance performance. It describes how well the body can absorb and use oxygen under stress.
Training Zones
The individual training heart rates are determined based on the measurement results. These are divided into regenerative training, basic training, development training and peak loads.
